One Time Management

Our comprehensive Property Management program includes;

 

  • Marketing of rental properties

  • Property showings and tenant placement

  • Extensive tenant screening involving credit, employment, and criminal background checks

  • Prepared rental and lease agreements

  • Timely rent collection and accounting reflecting on monthly itemized statements to the property owner

  • Maintenance  and repairs to the property, are completed by our Maintenance staff,  that ensures cost efficiency to the owner

  • Commission varies between 8-12% of the total gross of the rental income (based on location and number of units)

If you prefer, we can manage the initial renting of your property and then let you take over from there.

 

This program includes:

Expenses:

Owner is responsible for additional advertising costs

Commission is first month’s rent

* If the unit becomes vacant within 60 days, Dixon-Allen Management will re-rent at no charge
